VERY IMPORTANT – Please Read
1) Paypal is our secure payment handler BUT you don’t need an account to place an order (just look for the non-member instructions on the Paypal login page).
2) IF you have an account make sure your default Paypal email address is current (checked regularly). IF you don’t have Paypal, make sure you enter your email correctly when filling out your details. **Order confirmations are sent via email (along with any other important msgs to customers)**
BOTTOM-LINE: If you don’t receive a confirmation email from us (not to be confused with the Paypal receipt email) shortly after placing your order please make sure you get in touch!
3) If you have placed an order for shipping, PLEASE make sure you have read through our Important Shipping Information page, so you know what to expect.
