Worm Composting Trench Video

I’ve written previously about my vermicomposting trenches. Well, I’m happy to report that I was finally able to put together a video offering an overview of this approach.
Hopefully this will help to inspire others to give vermi-trenches a try!

Love it, love it , love it. I am going to try this ASAP in my square foot beds.
How do the worms do in the winter? Did you do anything in particular to protect them? Did you have to re-stock your trench in the spring?

The worms do very well in the winter as long as you make some effort to protect them. Fall leaves and/straw over top should be enough.
